About
FusionConfusion is a casual fantasy game about a magic cauldron. Two different ingredients mix by essence: harmony yields a creature, a clash more often yields sludge. Stirring is a skill: direction, heat, and the seal window decide potion quality.
A successful brew unlocks the creature in your collection. From there you take it to the arena or PvP: blind rounds, essence abilities, and embers from the outcome to upgrade attack, defense, and speed.
Modes
React essences, stir the cauldron, and unlock creatures. Failure is one of five sludges.
A persistent roster: creatures aren’t spent in battle. Spend embers to boost attack, defense, or speed.
Solo vs AI or a nearby duel on the local network. The better player wins — not whoever has more Coolness.
Rules
Pick two ingredients. Their essences are in harmony, neutral, or clashing — that matters more than specific “recipes by id”.
Stir the cauldron: direction, heat, and the moment you Seal. A perfect stir can even save a clash.
The creature goes into the collection and grimoire. Sludge does not join the roster. Re-brewing an already unlocked creature awards no embers.
In the arena or PvP, pick a creature and play blind: strike, guard, or essence. Battles drip embers for upgrades.
Features
Not just five laps: harmony favors one direction, clash the other. Keep heat in the green zone and seal on time.
The grimoire shows unlocked creatures and essence reactions, not an ingredient-pair table. The journal records essences and stir quality.
Up to eight rounds. Both moves are chosen blind, then revealed. Each type has its own essence: burn, heal, ignore guard, and other tricks.
Fire beats nature, nature beats frost, and so on around to spirit. The same type that matters in the cauldron is read in battle.
Victory and even defeat grant embers. In the collection: +1 to a stat for 3 embers, no more than +2 in one stat and +4 total on a creature.
Brew sounds and haptics; you can turn sound off in settings.

PvP is the same turn-based fight as the arena. One player hosts a room, the other joins nearby. Each picks a creature from the collection and plays strike / guard / essence. No accounts, servers, or required internet.
